Shipping and Return Policy


We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible. As we charge a flat rate for shipping to U.S. street addresses, we will choose the most appropriate method for your order, like UPS, USPS or FEDEX.

We will notify you via email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number and tracking link for your shipment.

At this time, shipping is only available within the Continental U.S., to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories. In select cases, we may not be able to ship an order to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or Puerto Rico.

Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require a signature for most deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you would like your order to be shipped to a P.O. Box, we will use US Postal Service. There may be an additional charge for P.O. Box shipments for large or heavy items, in which case you may be contacted in advance.

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, orders of $25.00 or more, to an address in the continental US receive FREE SHIPPING.

This offer does not apply to certain very heavy items. Nor does it apply to orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

The standard shipping charge to a street address in the continental US on all orders up to $25.00 is a flat rate of $4.95.

Express Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST during a regular business day will ship the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will ship the next business day (Express orders placed on a Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will not ship until Monday).
UPS does not deliver on weekends (e.g. a Next Day Air order placed on Friday before noon will not be delivered until Monday).

 HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES AND APO/FPO SHIPING RATE IS $8.95

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses starts at $8.95, but may be subject to additional charges. Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping methods choices may be limited. Please see the individual product pages for details.

Local Pickup

If you choose Local Pickup as your shipping option you will not be charged any shipping costs. After your purchase please send an email to info@RoyalShave.com or call us at 1-800-801-0769 Mo-Fr 7:30 am - 4:00 pm to schedule a pickup appointment. When emailing or calling please refer to the order number that was issued to you at checkout. Pickups are possible on regular business days Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Please do not attempt to pick up your order without scheduling an appointment. The pickup address is not a warehouse and your merchandise will not be available. Same day pickups are not possible. International Shipping

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Delivery Time


Our goal is to process all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders placed on weekends and during holidays will be processed the next regular business day.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Mon - Fri, 7:30 am to 4 pm, except holidays). 2nd Day Air Orders and Next Day Air orders are shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 p.m. PST during a regular business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day (Express orders placed on a Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will not ship until Monday).

UPS does not deliver on weekends (e.g. a Next Day Air order placed on Friday before noon will not be delivered until Monday).

If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted by email or phone within two business days from the receipt of your order and given an opportunity to either change or cancel your order.  

With regular ground shipping you can expect delivery of your order between 2 to 10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery time depends on your location. We are located in California, so shipments to the West Coast are often faster than shipments to the East Coast.

Deliveries to destinations outside the continental United States may take considerably longer.

Shipping Restrictions


Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Restricted items include:

  • Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
  • Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals, such as fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, shoe spray, and leather care spray.

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly in compliance with DOT rules. We require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.
**Note: RoyalShave.com will ship any DOT-restricted products separately via Ground if you have selected Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping.**

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses cannot be tracked. RoyalShave cannot be held responsible for lost packages if you require shipment to these addresses.

Return Policy

You may return your new, unused purchase for any reason within 365 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, excluding our actual shipping and handling costs. In addition, some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Please email info@RoyalShave.com with your original order number in the subject line, what product(s) you are returning, and your full name. Or call us at 1-800-801-0769 with the same information. We will provide return authorization number.
  2. Wrap the product(s) carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging.Or the item may be subject to additional fees.
  3. Include the completed return form (sent to you in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return.
  4. Return the product using your preferred shipping method. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we are not responsible for shipping and handling or gift wrap charges.
  5. Please do not return items COD. We do not accept COD packages.

  1. Be sure to include the order number, your full name, and reason for return to expedite processing.

 Please note:

  • For reasons of hygiene, personal bodycare products cannot be returned.
  • If you received Free Shipping on your original order, $4.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
  • Used Merchandise will not be refunded, because of hygienic reasons!
  • Personalized Merchandise (including but not limited to engraved items) is exempt from return.
  • Refused or Returned Shipments are subject to a $6.00 return shipment fee.

All returned products must in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been personalized, modified, or assembled. Furthermore, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor the manufacturer can take them back. Please call or email RoyalShave before returning any product.
