Shipping Rates
Flat Rate Shipping - We offer a flat rate $4.95 shipping charge to all street addresses in the continental US.
Free Shipping - Orders over $25 will receive free standard shipping. This offer does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO - Shipping starts at $8.95, but may be subject to additional charges. Please see each individual product page for more information.
Expedited Shipping - To keep our shipping rates simple, we've opted for a price-tier for expedited shipments. Available for shipments to the Continental US only.

Please note: Expedited orders placed before 12PM PST on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or on weekends will be shipped via the selected speed on the following business day. Also please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Next Day orders placed on a Friday after 12PM PST will not ship until Monday and be delivered Tuesday. Next-Day orders placed on a Friday before 12PM PST will be shipped Friday and be delivered Monday.
Shipping Methods
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable method possible. We will notify you via email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for our carriers to propogate their system and update tracking information. Depending on how close you are to our Costa Mesa warehouse, please allow 1-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Carrier Preference - If you have a shipping preference between the United States Postal Service and UPS, please include a comment with your order and let us know your preferred method.
Postal Box P.O. Box addresses are limited to the United States Postal Service and may incur additional charges for large or heavy items, in which case you will be contacted in advance.
Signature Confirmation - To ensure the safety of your order, we will request signature confirmation for orders over $200. Please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of your delivery person. If you have a preference, we suggest leaving a note at your door for your mail carrier with specific instructions regarding your package. International Shipping
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Shipping Restrictions
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible in the safest way. The US Department of Transportation prohibits air shipment of items that could potentially contribute to onboard mishaps.
Restricted products include:
- Aerosol or pressurized containers, such as hair spray or shaving cream
- Products that contain flammable or volatile chemicals such as fragrances or aftershaves

Return Policy
You may return any new or unused merchandise within 365 days from delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price excluding all shipping costs. If you received Free Shipping on your original order, $4.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
The following rules apply to returns
- For hygienic reasons, any product which has been used cannot be returned
- Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged
- All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
Return Instructions
- Please read and fill out the return form (sent with your order) and include it with your return shipment
- All returns must be in original condition and packaging or fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Arrange for pickup or dropoff of the shipment. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for all shipping costs. We will reject COD packages
- We recommend adding delivery confirmation or tracking to ensure a safe delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Refused Packages
Once an order has already been picked up by the carrier, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you refuse a package, it will be returned to us and roundtrip shipping fees will be deducted from your initial order.
Damaged Goods
If a shipment arrives damaged or with missing parts, please notify us immediately via email or phone 1(800)801-0769. Please be prepared with your order number and contact information and we will arrange special return instructions. In the event that the order can be corrected with a replacement unit or part, we will arrange for a proper exchange or follow-up shipment.
