Simply outstanding. I am a beginner to DE razors and picked a few to try including a couple from Parker and Merkur. The Merkur razors do seem to work best for me and this one is by far my favorite. The long handle is easy to work with and seems to balance the razor very well. Much to my surprise, the Merkur travel razor is my second favorite. It performs very well also
