The Merkur Black Barber Pole Handle is an updated version of their classic Barber Pole handle that raised to popularity with a chrome finish. This razor features the same design, but with a matte black barber pole for a contemporary twist on an old classic. The razor head, collar, and end cap maintain the classic Merkur chrome finish.

i really like how heavy this razor is. a lot of the merkur razors tend to be on the light side, so the heft of this razor makes it a little easier to shave. and the matte handle looks great, too! kudos to merkur for adding a modern twist on a classic razor
