It has an extra sharp, carbon steel blade which includes a "Hamburg Ring" gold etching. The exquisite blade is accompanied by a genuine horn handle. This straight razor has been hand crafted using traditional methods. Made in Germany.

I have a 5/8" Version and it has become my favourite razor, its easy to sharpen and handle. You can't get a better deal than this. I paid much more for mine and I'm sure this is of the same quality but a bigger blade. You couldn't do better for a first shaver.
