I bought this even after reading the reviews because I like the checkboard pattern. I have one 5/8" and one 6/8" and they fit in there just fine. I think the fabric lining keeps the razors pretty snug and the elastic band help hold it in place instead of clinking against eachother in the luggage. It's got a really nice slim profile (I'm a slim card wallet kind-of-guy) so it's nicer than having some bulky case. Does the job and its nice to have a genuine Dovo case instead of some generic one.
Poor construction, cheap fabric lining. very thin design, doesn't close shut with larger razors. Over priced item!

The case is beautiful and well made but is only large enough to place 5/8 razors in. My first pass is with a 8/8 Henckels Friodur and there is no way it will fit in this case.
