I bought this about two years ago (I'm a little late writing this review) and at first it was great, but slowly the clear plastic started to crack. It only lasted about 12 months when the clear top cracked and became useless. I could have used gorilla tape to keep it together, but it wasn't worth it. Also, the black allows you to see any dust/guck/water residue. So if you think your razor is clean, the case probably isn't. Merkur blades have done wonders for my sensitive skin, but this product leaves little to be desired.
