This Scottish pre shave is exceptional in that, unlike
pre shave oils, it is water soluble. Along with easing
the path of the razor and coaxing beard hairs away from
the face, Castle Forbes' unscented blend of aloe vera,
vitamin E, and chamomile extracts, quickens the production
of lather on the face and mixes with the shaving cream
to create an extraordinary shaving lubricant.

I've tried this and I really like it! It doesn't clog my razor like an oil based product. Make sure you wash your face and dry it prior to using. Really does a great job swelling the whiskers making it easier to cut them. Great product!

This is water soluable so it doesn't destroy your brushes that you invested $ in. Does better in my view than oil...
