In terms of function this stand performs flawlessly. The heavy weight of the base means that this stand is not going to topple any time soon. Also, if you put the matching Pils brush in and rotate the stand 90 degrees the brush just stays put - the matching of the Pils brush and stand is that good. This stand is a little pricey, but if you are already spending so much on a Pils brush and DE razor you might as well go all out, right?
