You may return your order to us within 365 days of the delivery date. Merchandise will be refunded with the following exceptions:
• Razors that have been used cannot be returned under any circumstances. We apologize for any convenience, but given the health risks associated with these types of products, no exceptions can be made.
• Due to hygienic reasons, personal body care items cannot be returned once they have been used.
• Shipping & Handling is the responsibility of the buyer.
• If you received Free Shipping on your initial order, the amount of $5.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
• Merchandise that has been damaged by the buyer will not receive a refund.
• Personalized Merchandise is exempt from return (such as engraved items)
• Items that are returned incomplete will not receive a refund.
• Items with missing package are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
