Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you've received a product and are unhappy, you are free to return the item to us up to 365-days after the purchase date in original, unopened and unused condition.
- Personal Care Products must be unused / unopened in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons
- Products with broken tamper seals cannot be returned
- Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee
- If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for a same product replacement
- If you change your mind about a product, you will be held responsible for all shipping charges
- Please download a return form which can be filled out and sent to us. Upon receiving the shipment, we will issue the credit and if there are any problems, we will contact you immediately.
- If you received Free Shipping on your order, $4.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If you've lost this form, please include the following information: Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number or Email Address, and Reason for Return
- Please do not return items COD. We will reject all COD packages

Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you've received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 1.800.801.0769 and our customer service representatives authorize a return or replacement. You will not be charged shipping charges for any mistakes we make while preparing your shipment.
